Technical Requirements
- At relative humidity below 30%, insulation resistance between faces A and B shall be ≥10¹³ Ω.
- The dashed line indicates the gold-sputtered surface: Au 1000–1500 Å; no defects are permitted.
- Eight Φ2.5 holes, equally spaced.
- Surface roughness follows the location-specific annotations in the drawing (0.1, 0.2 and 1.6).
