Technical Requirements
- Coaxiality of the circular features shown: ≤Φ0.02.
- Φ33 outer cylindrical surface: radial runout ≤0.005 and straightness ≤0.02.
- Clear the root of the 1.3 mm wide slot as fully as possible; avoid a flared opening.
- Dimensions without specified tolerances shall meet grade 13 tolerances (GB1804-79), as stated in the source drawing.
- Surface roughness for all surfaces: 1.6.
- Root radius of the 1.3 mm slot: R <0.05.
- Two Φ4 holes, depth 2.
