- No impact damage or scratches are permitted on any component during brazing.
- 01: Kovar sleeve, Φ96.5×Φ84×58, 4J33, two per assembly; the assembled projection is 55 at each end.
- 02: vacuum ceramic tube, Φ96.5×Φ84×452, A-95, one per assembly.
- Material standards: A-95 GB/T 5593-1996; 4J33 YB/T 5231-2005.
