- Helium leak rate shall not exceed 4×10⁻¹⁰ Pa·m³/s; the drawing specifies a withstand voltage of 120 kV.
- 01: CF100 flange I, Φ152×Φ89×20, 304 stainless steel, one per assembly.
- 02: Kovar sleeve, Φ98×Φ90×13, 4J33, two per assembly.
- 03: corrugated vacuum tube, Φ105×Φ89×148, A-95, one per assembly.
- 04: CF100 flange II, Φ152×M42×20, 304 stainless steel, one per assembly.
- Material standards: ceramic GB/T 5593-1996; 4J33 YB/T 5231-2005; 304 GB/T 20878-2007.
