Technical Requirements

  • Seal weld pressure requirement: 2.5 MPa.
  • Gas evacuation/filling tube: Φ3×0.5, 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
  • Internal tube: Φ5×1, 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
  • Both spherical caps are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
  • The top fitting is a dual-ceramic triaxial Kovar seal head; the internal connection uses an M4 thread.
  • Use welding, seal welding and spot welding at the indicated locations. Overall dimensions are unspecified and are not inferred from image scale.
